Are our experienced private physiotherapists the right people to help you?

This section has been designed to help you decide whether our private Sheffield physios are the right people to help you. We are confident this section will help you decide whether we can help you but if you are still unsure then please feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to answer any queries.

Do you need help with unpleasant symptoms or movement problems? Are you struggling with certain activities?

If you look to the right side of the page and have answered yes to any of the green questions then it is highly likely our physiotherapists can help you. However, specific medical conditions that lie outside of our area of speciality may also cause you these same complaints. Please continue reading to discover whether the cause of your complaint is caused by a medical condition we specialise in.

Do you have a problem with your neuromusculoskeletal system?

How on earth do I know you are no doubt thinking. Let us explain. Your neuromusculoskeletal system comprises three of your body's systems, the nervous system, the muscular system and the skeletal system. Our physiotherapists are all experienced specialists in the field of neuromusculoskeletal physiotherapy. This means our team have advanced skills in assessing and treating the anatomical structures of these three systems. There are many anatomical structures that make up these systems including nerves, muscles, tendons, bursa, bones, joints, ligaments, cartilage, meniscus and fascia, amongst others. If you think, or have been told, your problem is caused by any of these structures then it is extremely likely you will benefit from our services.

Has your doctor or another health professional diagnosed you with a problem with your nervous system, muscular system or skeletal system?

A doctor or other health professional may have provided you with a medical diagnosis. There are hundreds of medical diagnoses so to list each one here would be impossible. However, please see below to find a list of the most common neuromusculoskeletal conditions. This list is by no means exhaustive so if your diagnosis doesn't feature then please contact us to find out if we can help you.

We don't ONLY treat professional sports stars, we cure people like you.

Our private physiotherapists don't claim to only work with young, professional sports stars. Although our work includes working with sports teams and individuals the majority involves working with the general public. You no doubt want to employ a physiotherapist who has years of experience working with people like yourself. All our physiotherapists specialise in working with problems suffered by people like you, members of the general public.

  • Age doesn't matter to us, our patient age range is currently 11 years to 92 years- can you break our record?
  • Whether you are struggling to walk or function in daily life or you are a keen sports person you can be sure we have helped somebody like you before.
  • We specialise in rehabilitating the general public after operations and sports injuries.
